Ever wonder what 2000 Mercedes S500 Tail lights look like on a 7th Gen? Well, I am going to be the first person and first 7th Gen Civic to put these Tail Lights on my civic. To make a long story short I got a pair of S500 Tail Lights from my ladie's brother...for FREE!
Only problem is i need to get the wiring harness for the taillights...gotta call up the mercedes dealership and figure out how much it cost....I'm doing a photoshop pic of it as I type...I will post it as soon as I finish....

i hope you have a coupe, thats the only way they'd look decent. i was wondering why no one has tried it before. they look much better than the is300 conversion IMO.
post pix when you get it done. the wiring harness would probably be cheaper from a junk yard or off of some wrecked s500...dont go through MB, theyll rip you off.

The IS300 conversion looks like you have altezza's on your car. Not to diss anyone who has done that conversion. I have thought about doing that Mercedes conversion, but realized the lights alone would cost a major grip! Plus labor to install them! Can't wait to see what it looks like. Good luck!

you are going to have to do a bit of custom welding, painting, bondoing, and lots of other custom work because even though they look like the coupe tails, they are going to be a little different.

I love it!
What does having an auto have to do with a tail light conversion? Just a curious question...but daim bro, that's gonna look sweet IMO. And yes as soon as the conversion is done.."PICS PICS PICS"
Looks pretty good. It looks like the trunk will need to be modified a little. Am I correct? I dont think the s500 tails slaint like the 7th does. I could be wrong. Should comeout really good, if the body shop does it correctly.
