Rep Power: 0 NO..you fix it yourself
did the same thing not too long ago
it was abut time thou..you should chnage it form time to time
im almost at 69,000
but go to SEARS and get the bolt kit by CRAFTSMAN..15 buck i htounk
you Get 5 different sizes. they fit in your socket wrench
and on the inside have teeth that are at a angle to dig into the bolt
to grasp it. unsrew it and putin a new one
and you can add it to you too kit
but go to AutoZone first and get a new drain bolt
like 1.25 or somethin

Rep Power: 337 ok i bought the bolt kit from craftsman. but they were too small. soo i just used my wrench set and a long *** pipe and it popped right off.
i installed the fram suredrain as well so no more stupid oil bolts to remove.
put in 4 quarts of mobil 1 10w30 full synthetic.
screwed on the fram oil filter.
then drove around the block and i really feel a difference.
recommend that everyone go synthetic.
