I got the trim from my dealer for around $60 when it first came out. It sure beats getting the chrome one painted for probably even more money and have it not come out right.
Here's mine...much cleaner. I wish I could have the key hole shaved, since my trunk doesn't open anyway.

why are people stuck on thinking the ex so much more superior to the LX? Whoopty Dooo, you have vtec and abs. Do you think just because I have an LX and I shaved my emblems I am trying to trick people into thinking I have a ex, or maybe I am trying to trick them into thinking I have a DX. I am proud of my LX that I (notice I) payed for.

Rep Power: 0 whoopty doo, could care less for the moon roof and the si wheels. The wheels would have come off anyways, and would never use the moon roof. Oh my goodness look what I can do, I can unlock my car by standing 10 feet away.

Rep Power: 811 Yes, it's the OEM kit. The trunk trim was fairly easy to install. Just look for some clips and bolts inside the trunk lid. Should be an easy swap.

Rep Power: 0 my wife had an EX and I was berely faster..the only reason I beleive it had that extra 12hp is it has a slightly higher compression...which is all that hard for me to do....but i'm damn proud to have an LX and am not trying to fool anyone! I just think the shaved look is much more clean and sexy.
