Thanks for the good feedback. I know it's not everyone's style, but I'm just tryin to go for something innovative. As for no trunk lip, I think it looks kinda "bald" too, I'm trying to find a lip or wing that'll look good with it. Any ideas?

I'm working on a carbon fiber dash panel with VIS. Not just the inserts but the whole thing. Hopfully, I can have it in a month or two. I'm having trouble finding the pieces to cast the mold though.

I tried to ask him, but the cf dash he made was from his own dash, he simply overlayed it. I didn't want to hassel someone and take their dash, so I'm looking at junkyards for them. Besides, I'm also looking for door panels.

so far it's only silver and black. The thing is, it's full carbon fiber. It's not a kevlar blend like the other colored hoods. They treat the carbon with some chemicals to change the pigment of the carbon. A black and orange trunk would look sick as hell on your ride though....ha ha

With the color scheme your going with I would have stayed with regular black carbon fiber.... Maybe on a silver car it would look better but much props on the originality....
ya..looks primer. why spend all that moeny on a marbe paint job just to break it up with a different color trunk?? its like having full airbrushed graphics on a truck with a chrome gas door.

The cf trunk looks good, but I'm not feeling it on the color you have. Sorry, but if a lighter color, it would be a sick setup. The black would flow better with the marble. Your car, your setup.

I did have a black carbon fiber trunk on, but the judges at the shows said that the black carbon fiber was one thing holding me back. They said since I spent all this money on the paint and all, why didn't I do something to the trunk and hood. This was my only choice besides stock. I couldn't paint or marble my cf hood and trunk cause after a few months it will "fisheye". As for the finish of the silver trunk, it doesn't really come out good in photos. Like my paint, it kinda has to be seen in person cause the depth cannot be captured. Just look at normal carbon fiber, it looks like crap on camara, but in person it shines like a B!+(#. I didn't think everyone would like it, but I rock it for it's originallity. Thanks for keeping the comments positive though. If anyone is interested in purchasing the trunk, carsoption is taking preorders. They need a preorder of 10. carsoption is the user name of the vendor on this site.
get a silver cf hood. dont marblize the hood. Match the front wit the back. Again that marbles hotttt. i saw a car on speed channel like a supra that this guy marbilized using trash bags, haha.
