being as im prepping my car for nopi nats, and when my parts come in, i will be taking it to the body shop, i figured i'd go ahead and get my doors done too. but, i can't figure out what would look best. here's what will be put on in case it matters: Black Widow Front, Octane Skirts, Octane rear, M3 Roadster Fenders. I will also be adding jesse james .44 rims (18's). and was thinking i'd do something to the doors to make it stand out. should i suicide them (make them open opposite of what they do now, lambo them with use of decah kit, or what i really want, but don't know if its feasible or possible, reverse lambo doors. meaning that the front part pivots up to the rear of the car. i will either do the vertical trunk conversion or the reverse open trunk (meaning it clamshells back), and do something with the hood, one of two methods of suiciding it (i really like the first). hopefully these pics will upload...

regular lambo doors, leave trunk as is but do the diy for adding trunk shocks, and best hood mod is carbon fiber hood, if you don't have the money for a carbon fiber hood keep it the way it is (as in opening the way it is suppose too.

i don't think im gonna go with carbon fiber hood, i don't think it looks as good on a black car. if i were to change the color, i may add one. but for now, i think i'm either gonna keep it stock, or get the blackwidow hood.

For the trunk and the hood cut them down the middle.
Then have it to where they open elctronically.

nah... i dont want one of those actuated split hoods. looks dumb imo. saw one at a car show like that, and it looked fugly. it was a 6th gen civic. the above stated options are all i am really considering. i just don't think a 7th gen would loko anybetter than that one did. sire, it's nifty and all that, and totally custom, but i just don't like how it looks. plus, i still gotta have functionality out of it too.

u kno what would be unique but funny in a way, having sliding doors, lmao, like a minivan on a car, haha. i think that'd be unique, never saw thatbefore. where u pull the door and it slides back. u'd probably need to do a little body work to get rollars on the car to roll the doors back or something, haha.

i'd do the flip flop trunk i guess since everyone does. maybe lambo doors if u got the money, but so many people do it, maybe just trick out the doors, thatd be hot. i think its hotter on a 4 door then a 2 door tho. the hood i'd do like number 1 or u dont even need to and just save the money and when ur at the show undo the trunk and get 4 things to hold the hood up over the engine bay like that so people can look under and see in ur bay.

you could get those doors that are at the top of the door where they open up like back to the future, haha, that'd be different kinda, i've seen it but never on a civic.

its more important on how ur car looks, what u have done, and how clean ur car is rather then how unique ur doors, hood and trunk are imo

slicks idea for the van doors would be best for the si, considering it is already a minivan.
