Man I am p*ssed. Some dude in my apartments grazed my rear bumper and sh*t. His black paint is on my silver bumper and he cipped the paint in several spots I know who did the sh*t cause the truck that did it has silver paint on his front bumper. I think I am gonna get even by slashing his tire or something cause I confronted him and he denied it when he gots the only black truck there and it got silver paint. What do you think?

I think you should control your testosterone there, tough guy. Ask him again if it was him, and if he denies it, take pictures of both cars and take him to small claims court.

It was probably an accident and you being a hard add and slashing his tires isn't going to accomplish anything. Geez. It might just **** him off cuz he'll know you did it and then he'll shoot you.

i agree...unfornately, your on your own due to it being private property and you never 'actually' saw it happen...its also not going to be enough to claim it on your insurance let alone small claims court

save up and get it fixed then buy a car cover for future use

You slash his tires...then he slashes yours..then you key his truack..and he keys yours and smashes a window. Then you get into a fist fight. Now you both have funked up cars and you can't take him to court. So far I'd say your decision is looking like a bad one. Go with Irons idea. You could even call the cops and have them take a look. Wait till you move out...then slash his tires and pour brake fluid on his hood. (I am not opposed to revenge..just need to do it correctly so there are no repercussions)

I can't speak for Texas or Arizona...But in PA small claims court is $130 which you can add into the amount your suing him for. But make sure to get pics and evidence as soon as possible. You dont want to give him time to clean the truck.

This is a funny way to get back at someone w/o a whole lotta work.... I had a roommate once, he seemed cool, then about 5months of living with him found out he was a closet gay. He did not have enough guts or anything to tell his parents... so heres what I did and you can do it too (doesn't matter if he's gay or not), go to some gay porno or promotional websites (just disable pictures in IE and go). Sign him up, find a relationship finder on one of those website, put in his address, phone name, anything you need. Its funny, and look.... your car is still good, and he has to begin explaining not only the mail to his g/f parents, whomever (send them to his place of work too) but the phone calls b/c you posted his phone #. In my case the guy almost had a mental breakdown, it was great.....

you will spend more money taking him to small claims court than its worth just call the cops and do up a report they can mark it up on an incedent report and thing will be covered. He cannot deny that to much.
