HorsePower Booster??????

Hey everyone, I was searching today on ebay and I found this auction:

It says that by hooking it up, doesn't say where, that it will increase your horsepower and torque. Its only like $20 too. Im curious to know if it really works though. All the feedback given on this module have been positive. And it does seem to make sense, the way they say it works and all. I am almost tempted to see if it works myself.

Well let me ask you this. All these things on ebay may seem like a haux, but what if some of them actually work, just to say. I mean, I know that crappy electric fan that these guys said if hooked up to your intake, would increase your hp alot. We all know thats BS, since its just a freaken electric fan. Im just looking at what other people have been saying about these on the feedback. All the people that have bought them have left positive feedback for these people. I e-mailed some of these guys and asked them personally if these have worked. One of these guys has a Focus, so if it has any affect on his car, then it would probably do something to ours. Just a thought though, im still not going to go right on and buy it.

Do you own a 3,4,5,6,8,10 cylinder ??
LOL you should see how much HP you get with your 3 cylinder Geo Metro. LOL

Oh and FYI it does not work. And if you want to have about $15, you can go to Radio Shack and buy all the parts to make one.

You could get more power by hooking up a leaf blower to your intake, but people don't do this because its not safe for the motor. And yes I have see a leaf blower hooked up to the intake of a Probe GT. It was funny. LOL And the funnier parts was that it worked. LOL He got about 25 hp out of it I think. LOL Give it a try. Good Luck.

"This is a Do-it-Yourself kit takes no knowledge of cars"

That says it all. Anything that "do it yourself" and requires "no knowledge of cars" is definently not going to increase performance .
