The distance from the fender lip to the center hub in inches is:
Rear: 11 1/4
Front: 11 3/4
The rear is a tad low but you really can't tell for a couple of reasons. In the larger pictures, I'm convinced that the front looks lower than the rear but it's REALLY hard to tell because the rear wheel well doesn't arch over the tire like the front. The rear fender lips are are also angled inward towards the well. In most cases you don't see it as it blends in with the rear tire on dark colored cars in some pics. Depending on the angle or light, it can look too high or too low. If I measured the rear from the outer body (before the lip curves in) then the height would probably be considered perfectly even.

In the end, an evened out ride front to back looks best IMO. I can't go any lower in the front though and I don't plan to. This is the ride height I want to keep on 15s w/205-55 tires.

to me, the perfect drop is when the edge of the fenderwell is the same distance all around from the wheel/rim's lip. Although rim tucking looks awesome, I don't like the camber usually associated with it (especially the rear wheels).
That's car looks good though

Okay, again... the height is evened out all around. Here are cropped picture of what the wheels look to the fender wells in the second picture.

Front.
There is only a 1/2 an inch difference between the front and the rear, and that's something you can't really see given the rear fender lip. Like I said, if the rear fender didn't curve inward like the front, then it would be perfectly even. I did my measurements.
It was actually a lot lower in the rear before, but I just thought I'd lower the front more. (Can't go any lower.) Now it's a lot more even.
Like my sig says... "Even out your ride height."
