Rep Power: 0 2004 Civic Coupe Taillights Installed *PICS POSTED UPDATED*
I work at Honda up here in Tallahassee, so as soon as the brochures for the '04 Civic coupe showed up, I was in love with the taillights, and besides, one of mine were cracked, so I needed new ones anyway. I checked with parts daily waiting for them to show up to be ordered, and the day they showed up, I put my order in. They arrived here about 3 days ago, and I got them installed on Tuesday. The fit is perfect, no change in shape from the 01-03, but the design is completely different. They're really European looking, and more 3-dimensional than the 01-03, which were kinda flat and boring. They're also a lot more crisp, clear, and the red stands out a lot more...it's more a candy red than a flat blood red.
The only problem with them was the turn signal bulb is a smaller bulb, the harness for the turn signal is different, and there is no side marker light, so that cord just hangs free. Also, the parking/running light is on the top, as opposed to the bottom on the 01-03, so the wire had to be stretched almost to its max to fit the change. But the taillights look really, really good.
I took some pictures of them yesterday and I'm waiting for my friend to send them to me from his digi, so once I get them, I will post here.
All the pics are also posted in member's gallery.

Rep Power: 0 They cost $126 each, so $252 a pair retail thru Honda, which is the only place you can get them from right now. I work for Honda so I got them half off. I'll have pictures up tonight.

Do you have any friends that work at Honda? Then you can get their discount
