some *** put a cigarette out on my trunk and it burned through the clear coat.. I am so pissed! I wasnt even there to c atch the bastard! I cleaned the area off with car soap and the black residue came off but the clear is definately gone.. its dull there.. is there any type of wax or buffing compound I can use to protect that area.. I need some advice.. I dont want the missing clear to start flaking the existing clear or something!
