Grill Or No Grill?

i have a 01 4dr civic
im going to put on a rs type a lip kit on my car this saturday( tech meet. in bay area)
so i need a lil suggestion/opionz from ug usy

grill

this pic wit the rs grill

(the kit comez in black so the grill wud def. match the kit n maybe paint my headlights black too)

yah the grill looks much better than stock with that colour car (i had the same colour). also i would black out the headlights and get a colour matched hood trim (the peice right above the grill) it'll look so much nicer.
