Ok.... now what I've gotta ask... How did you manage to drive and keep the camera still enough to get those, and how damn fancy is your digicam that it has a variable shutter (or are those with an SLR and scanned). Thats cool as hell. I don't think I have any night shots... but I'm not above going for some tonight.

I actually have a Canon Powershot S30. I do most driving shots like the 2 above in 5 second exposures. My secret is I have a tripod in the back seat LOL!
the two front legs are on the floor and level, the rear leg is shortened and sits on the seat. Then when your on a smooth enough of a road you can get great shots where the dash is clear and the window is blurred. I basicly reach back when Im driving and hit the shutter once and its set up to do 3 exposures in a row automaticly. So it works out quite well. I'll try to get some more posted tomorow. And in the future I'll try new tricks.
By the way, some nice photos posted here so far. Keep up the good work

2. I have to try that with my tripod! That sounds like a great idea!
Nikon CoolPix 5700 over here... will take more pix some time. I have a few night shots but I don't feel like posting them here now. Too lazy.

taken with a Canon PowerShot S200... it a nice camera... i wanna play around more with some of it's many features and see what else i can do with it
