I just got it done on Friday. It was Tech Day for us So Cal members. We all showed up at iamboo's house (about 25 cars) and just helped eachother do DIY's all day. Thanks to 7thgenerasiancivic for helping me with my trunk... Here are some misc. pix...

Well I'm off back to Texas tomorrow morning, just to visit... A system and OEM kit on my car and I'm pretty much done... What do you guys think?

it closes fine... its just that we didn't use window bolts like the DIY said to use... So whenever I want to flip flop it, I have to unscrew the two bottom bolts, and in order to close it, I have to screw them back in... I guess that means I'll only show it off when I'm at meets and stuff...

Hey thats a tytee ride... but i have an idea for ur car with ur trunk problem... u said that u didnt use window bolts or sumthin... well u kno those door locks that are on sum houses... like it has a lil handle thing that u hold to move left and rite.... used to lock the doors... why dunt u juss put one of those on ur car so u can make ur trunk do that flip thing in a matter of 2 seconds

Nah, spoiler isn't heavy at all... Anyway, even if it was heavy the flip-flop trunk would work. It has nothing to do with how heavy the trunk is.

Yeah, thats what I was talking about. They call them window bolts, door locks, whatever. Maybe someday I'll put those on, but they do definitely make it easier to change around.

Thanks for the compliment guys. I need to reseal my headlights b/c I washed my car and it started to fog up...
