45% Windshield Tint?

45% Winshield Tint, in your opinions is that TOO dark? Or TOO light?

If you're talking about your entire windshield, it's dumb. I would never tint my entire windshield.

If you're talking about an eyebrow, then that's too light. Go with 25 for an eyebrow.

if you tint your windshield you wont be able to see out of it...

yeah definitely do somethin a little darker then 45% for the eyebrow but nothin too dark...

Are you dumb? Why can I see out of my side windows then when they are 22%. 45% is barely even tinted.

First of all you are going to get pulled over for it. And secondly what if you get into a accident? Even if it isn't your fault, they are going to blame you and say that you can't see through your front windshield.

Ummmmm....I have 35% all around and I have a hard time seeing out of it when it rains. And 45% is very noticeable when it is tinted on the windshield.

I have 22% and can see very easily....the only thing I have a hard time with is the back which is a 6% tint.

Keep in mind this is about the windshield. A darker windshield at night limits range of visibility and not everyones eyes are as good at night as they are in the day.

i understand .. and for a while i had the front done in 5%... a cop made me take it off on the spot... otherwise id still have it ...its not hard to see out of like i said.

ive got 35% for my windshield and they are hard to look thru at night but i like it cause it keeps me from getting sunburn in the day.

Yeah I would say 35% on the whole windshield, I have 6% all around with the windshield strip. Yeah the tint guy who did mine had 6% all around and 22% on his whole windshield and he didn't have any problems. But you can get special permits from the eye doctor to get your front windshield tinted since it helps older people see better during the day so they don't get that sun glare.
But here in OR its only really hot and sunny during the summer rest of the year I don't need the front window tinted its cloudy and rainy here too much.
