I'm sorry guys for this newb thread. I have been getting confused about tints. I'm ready to have them put on though. Summer day rides are just a bit too long for a commuter like me.

Ok, can you guys please post info on your (or other members) rides with window tints, like % and what not. I'm deciding 35-40% around, because I still wanna be able to see everything at night. But I'm not sure if that's too light. I really wanted 25% but I've seen some 20% tints and those are too dark for my liking. Please post pics.

Here is a pic of my car.. In the pic you can see the reflection of the tint.. Its a reflective type.. I think its 20% all around..By the way this is an old pic, this is before the kit, new rims and blacked out headlights.

My pic is in sig. When I got a ticket and the cop put the lil thing to measure how much light % it was it read 0. So I guess thats how dark it is.

It look's like I'm going to go with 25%. But if I get a fix it ticket, I'm gonna have them take off the front-sides and put 35% on.
It's not for looks. I have dark skin, and I'm still getting tanned because of my commute.

ask the guy that sold me the tint it might be 30 or 35, but either way it looks fine and is quite durable

mine! limo in the back 2 windows and also limo on the very back and on the 2 up front is medium tint. My place didnt have % just light medium and dark (limo)

a buddy of mine at works has double limo on all windows and light on his windshield on his silverado. Cant see ish in it, see alright out of it.

During the day its fine, at night it can be a bit of a pain if your going down a street that doesnt have many lights, but i like it anyway
