nice setup you have so far... now all you need is a rear lower tie bar to help out the sway bar...

civicvtec1ps, yes installation was easy. Some of the nuts were a pain to get off for the RSX sway bar, but it wasn't hard, just tedious

CivicHX01, what rear lower tie bar would you recommend?

Thanks,

if you want quality go get a spoon one...

dc sports makes one too but i think its more for asthetics (because there's holes in it and that is not sturdy in my book) its pretty pricey too..

but if your a penny pincher like me then a generic ebay lower tie has worked fine for me so far...

Weaponx12o, I like the FIPK a lot, but I need to clean the filter. There is so much intake controversy over our cars: AEM vs Injen, CAI vs. SRI. Whatever. Everyone I've talked to with the FIPK is happy with it. You can feel a bit of a gain in the higher RPMs, but I didn't notice any low end losses (which so many people report with CAI's and AEM and Injen stuff). Their dyno chart shows that you only get a 4.6hp gain from the FIPK, but I still like it. It's not any louder than stock during normal driving (up through 3-4,000rpm it sounds the same), but it sounds pretty cool when you get higher than 4k.

IronFist - are you serious? You don't hear a difference? I've sang and played music all my life, so I notice sound differences very well, but I can hear a difference starting at about 3400RPM. After that, it's a lot louder - it sounds like it should.

I love my FIPK though. I didn't notice any low end loss, I noticed a pretty good amount of high end gain ("pretty good" is all relative) and I noticed it sounds a lot cooler.

Nice bar setup btw. It's the same as mine.

I said it sounds the same through about 3 or 4k. You said you hear a difference at 3.4k. We said about the same thing, huh?

It is much louder above about 4k, but it's not annoyingly loud.

I'm played instruments all my life, too. But I can't sing. You win

Hows the neuspeed front upper strut bar working out? I've heard it helps handling out a little better than the DC Sports strut bar
