I Was Robbed
I have an 01 coupe.... four days ago i put my HID's in and i proclaimed my car done...
i have it done up from top to bottom... from the leather to to every top of the line engine performance mods to every top of the suspension bar and koni shocks and h&r springs and 18 in racingharts... to the clarion flip out touch screen dvd tv....
so yesterday the best spot in the parking lot at my job was open so i decided to move my car there im walking toward my car and my alarm isnt working... as i get closer i notice my piaa fog light were ripped off. and i get closer i notice my window wasnt there.. when i look inside my tv is ripped out my seats were ripped out, i popped my hood my HID's were ripped out... and i started tp cry....
after almost three years of heart ache and pain its all gone.. i wish they would have stolen the whole car... i am saddened by this act of cruelty....
just looking for some support from my fellow 7 gen people.

Rep Power: 0 i cant help you, but all i can say is dont make your car look flashy. my car looks like it just has a muffler, the stock wheels hide the new rotors and track pads i got. the rest of my mods u cant see cause the hood covers them.

I am really sorry to hear that. Its unfortunate we live in a world where people get off on stealing and ruining other peoples hard efforts... I wish there was some way I could help you... Honestly tho, if that was my car and I had done all that to it and was as proud of it as you seemingly were, I would have cried too...

Rep Power: 0 Thanks for all the support people what im gonna is just rebuld and keep goin on... im gonna put everything back the way it was even better only thing is im gonna thief proof my car with maybe a shotgun to the back of the head...lol.. but no im gonna keep saving and get it back to way it was just reinforce everything ten time better and park in a handicapped spot where my eyes are always on my car at work... it has to be an inside job some one at my job... so im putting out a $500 reward to and info that leads to me getting my **** back... i'm gonna catch a murder charge but its gonna be worth it

Rep Power: 0 look into those south african lethal theft deterrant systems. like the metal plate in the seat. dont type in the code, you get the charge in the battery at a high amperage right to your ***. the result is crispy fried car theif.

Rep Power: 306 damn bro thats sucks. I hated when guys broke into my car as well. I was coming home from school, and just like u noticed that car alarm wasnt working. Then from far it seems like the tint was gone from that triangle window in the back, when i got close i saw they broke the window. They then poped the hood, cut the alarm, opened my trunk and took my amp. Thank god it was only the amp! So, it only set me back a few. I leaerned my lesson, and ever since then got a viper alarm installed, always use the trunk lock, and installed a hood lock in my car, so they cant cut the alarm. I also have a automatic shutdown, where incase they do start the car, the second they tap that break, the whole car shuts down. I can some what relate to you, but damn they took a lot of sh*t. sorry bro, i know its gonna take a lot before you wanna mod everything back up again. But before you do, maybe spend a couple hundred and get a tight a$$ security system.

Rep Power: 0 Dont you think its strange that they knew you had an HID system. By looking at a car with its lights off, its obviously hard to tell. Maybe its someone that knows your car, or they may have been keeping track of you till the right opportunity to get the stuff. Keep an eye out for anyone who suddenly has any of those new things. My friends stereo got jacked in high school, a week later a kid in the grade below us just "happened" to get the same stereo. After matchin up some numbers and, more importantly, the scratch my friend did by accident on the face, we were able to figure out that he stole it. Busted!
That sucks man. Same **** happened to me a couple months ago when my car got broken into and they stole my sony headunit. It was at an apartment complex late at night, but I didnt have an alarm then. I filed a police report but I didnt go through insurance because I had a deductible and didnt lose as many things as you. Sorry to hear that man. Good luck with getting your car fixed.

I had my whole stereo system ripped out before....
they did it all in my back yard and not many people knew i had a system, cuz i never blasted it.
so it sucks even more cuz think it might have been a 'friend'
did they take your rims?
