My tires are OWNED!
16 Autocross runs later (about 8 miles)... my tires are begging for me to just stop. So I did... but only because the weekend is over.
However, this will probably be the last time racing on these tires... as soon as my Si wheels come back (they're being powdercoated graphite), I'm wrapping them in el-cheapo Azenis Sports and going at it. That way, maybe I can stretch the life of these out a little more.
My suspension bitching has now been minimized... I put an RSX sway bar on the back, ohhhhhhhhhhhh it feels so good now. Understeer is almost totally gone (unless you over drive into a corner) and it is now possible to get the car to controllably drift sideways (I'm not saying to do it on the road).... just mash the gas and you're out. Tried playing with the tire pressures too... wound up at 41/34 which is much lower than I usually run (43/37). Still running stock springs and dampers. Looking into Konis and Pro-kits... seems to be a popular combo with people... and I can see why.
Couple of pics here... and pics of most of the cars can be found HERE (56K, get a pillow)
I got my *** kicked by this little thing:

Damn 90 HP Rabbit GTi... just goes to show you how little the car matters.

See I told you... DRIFTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! (I had just snapped it back, thats gravel, not tires)

The car still rolls, but I don't feel it nearly as much... it snaps back much better.

Yes, the right rear is off the ground.

Since the Rabbit guy always kicks the rest of our asses, I don't count him... it was me and a Subaru 2.5RS going at it for 2nd and 3rd... he got me by 0.3 seconds... so next time...
But I did beat plenty of cars that are supposedly *faster* than a Civic... among them a Mustang GT... see, I get to brag... I BEAT A MUSTANG! HAHA!
Oh yeah... here are the fronts...
