how fast are you going and what tires do you have? IF you are at speed, then the vibrations sound like a case of hydroplaining. If thats the case, either slow down or get tires designed for wet weather. Tires can hydroplain at just about any speed, Depending on tread design. and when you do hydroplain it dosn't mean that all the tires are floating, each tire can hydroplain individulaly causing a loss in traction and control for that tire. be safe out there, especially in the rain.

I have that problem too had it on my old 2001 now got a 2002 Honda sad it was something to do with the shocks even though my car was stock they fixed it under warranty talk to them about lots of people have the same problem.
