it's really up to you. if you're going show, get B+G's. it gives you a really low drop (about 3" i think). if you're doing autocross get teins (only give 2" drop). B+G's have self adjusting dampers (S3 - speed sensitive suspension) it adjusts the hardness or softness depending on your speed. with teins.. you can adjust the dampers to how soft or how stiff you want your ride. you can also get the EDFC which you can adjust the damper from inside your car w/o having to do it manually, the problem is that i dont know if there is a EDFC for our cars.
so if you're planning to drop your car below 2" get B+G's, if you're going for autocross or anything like that get teins.
btw.. i have B+G's with a 2.25" drop.. heres a pic

I have Teins ... and i love them to death .. i dunno what i would do without them ... ! i used to have some cut (goldline) springs .. and those were the most horrible times driving my car ... it was like riding a damn horse !!
EDIT : BTW if u want to see how low the tein SS are ... u can check the pic on my sig !

as long as the coilover stands the harsh road condition, bouncy is not a problem for me... my car is used for daily driving and mostly long distance driving...
as long as it performs good... i will love it...
