Like on the car? or in a store?

Struts on the car are the shock + Spring assembly which is part of the McPherson Strut type suspension.

If you don't know... first do your research, then buy. There's lots of useful knowledge on here if you search for spring information. I believe there's a DIY at the top of the page, sometimes if you the company that makes the product you want can get the directions sent to you a head of time to read and locate things before hand. I know AEM and Neuspeed will do this, cuz they've sent them to me, but I don't know about the others. Whateveryou do, don't buy something without understanding it.
