bouncey ride
Get Koni yellows. Most likely though those springs aren't made for performance but more for looks. I'd go with a spring/shock setup or full coilover setup. Ground Controls might also be an option. Do it right the first time and you won't have to do it again

internet is a wonderful thing. IMO i would go with a true coilover setpu, if you figure in the price of a good set of springs and shocks your a few hundred under a set of TeinSS coilovers.

you goto the back of ur car and push on the trunk up and down, up and down. and let go and the car should stop bouncing after 1 cycle or less i think. someone correct me.

True coilovers have an integrated shock. (i.e. Tein SS, B&G, JIC)
Sleeve coilovers are just adjustable springs (i.e. ground control, skunk 2)
If you are still confused do a search. This has been explained a billion times.

If u dont understadn true coilovers are adjustable springs with built in shocks and sleeve coilovers are adjustable springs sitting on a sleeve with no shocks. So u have to buy aftermarket shocks with those. U get a better ride with true coilovers because they have matched springs and shocks to work better.
