About Springs and Shocks!!!

What is the complete set up i need to do to lower my car a tad bit??? I don't really care if lowering my car will look like its lowered or not. I'm just so sick of running over bumps, and listening to my car sounding like a truck just hit me or something. What will i need? I know springs for sure (any good companies?), shocks??? (no clue on this), and what else for the complete set up??? Thanks!

first, please use the search feature and search around. also search the parts section. I know the eibach prokit lower about 1" if you want to lower you will want but not necessarily need, lowering springs, shocks, and camber kit. Look at VNlilman's suspension tuning FAQ for spring drops.

it sounds like a truck is hitting you? are you on stock springs??? or you have rim huh... badd news, lowering the car will only make it worse.. if your on stock suspension, sounds like something is wrong. if you have rims, its cause of your low pro tires. if you already lowered your car its cause of stiffer spring rates...
