First of all, everyone is going to say that their's are the best, with few exceptions. Use the search button and look for threads on springs. If you see threads regarding problems with certain ones then they are the ones to avoid. Other than that, you should be ok... but like above... Neuspeed, H&R, and Eibach are among the most popular choices.

I really haven't heard many complains about any of the springs as far as the ride goes. It just depends on how low you want to go and if you plan on getting a kit or not cuz then you won't really want to lower your car as much
I can't speak for the others but I'm very satisfied with my Goldlines so far. Handling is improved and ride is almost stock. You do feel more bumps in the road though. Can't beat the price either. I got mine in the GB for $99 shipped.

no springs will give you a good ride like stock... if you want good ride
you will need aftermarket shocks..... if your gonna run it on stock shocks the ride will be bumpy when you hit major bumps...
It's annoyin sumtimes.....

IMO best to worst..
1) Neuspeed - best bang for buck
2) Goldline - kinda too soft, drop height is kinda confusing
3) H&R - just doesnt drop low enough
4) Eibach - overpriced
any other the ones above is good. teins are ok but why when you can neuspeed for the same price.
