Angry Blown Struts

Hey, i recently blew my front struts on my car and my firend has the same problem. I called Honda and there on back order for over a month and i need new ones, does any company make aftermarket one the can handle a big drop in the car, thanx

Your only choices are stock or Koni at this point in time. KYB and Tokico are supposely coming out with replacements sometime this year.

Contact Honda....They should be under warranty. Mine are leaking and they are covered under warranty...they are just on back order now. Also next time post in the suspension forum. I will move the post now.

Actually if your car is not drivable the dealership is required to give you a loaner until the problem can be fixed. At least that is law in Illinois.

however, blown struts don't make your car un-drivable, just uncomfortable and un-cool.

how are they covered under warrenty if the lowering springs caused strut/shock to blow??

but wouldnt the dealership notice the trimmed bump stops? unless trimming your bump stops doesnt void the warrenty, man that would be sweet, i would just keep getting new struts for the next 7 years and to hell with paying a grand on aftermarket struts, but i think it does void it.
