FROM SELLER:

i will be making these suspension braces (shel suspensions) for the em, ep, dc5 chasis. these pictures are from my CAD Design program because i dont have a digital camera yet. these pictures are to specs. i already built prototypes and they are really awesome!

Material: 100% all 6061-T6 "aircraft" ALUMINUM ( unlike other brands where only the bar is aluminum)

Design: One Piece, all degrees of freedom eliminated(no weak connector bolts), minimize bends for stronger resistance(unlike neuspeed where there is a lot of bending)

Weight: aircraft aluminum, no more to say

Price: REAL CHEAP FOR THE QUALITY!!
(ALL USD)
$110 FRONT STRUTBAR
$110 REAR STRUTBAR
$130 FRONT TIEBAR
$70 REAR TIEBAR

I NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL CONSIDER THIS BEFORE I START MAKING A LOT OF THEM????

your asking people to buy something that doesnt even exist yet... does it clear intakes? how thick is it? is the inside hollow? how about the welds? anyone can draw up a picture and sell a product that doesnt look anything like it

the pipe diameter is 1.25" (that's pretty thick). all of welds are seem welded. these things are strong.

OH, i am not asking people to buy it. I AM ONLY ASKING IF THEY WILL CONSIDER IT!!!!!!LIKE IF THEY LIKE THE PRICE AND THE DESIGN. also, i think i posted there that i dont have a digital camera yet!!!i think that means that i cant upload pictures yet(i dont have a scanner either).

But as i said, i already made prototypes. and they are super strong!!!

oh yes, it will clear intakes easily. and since it is that same design as the ones for the ep and dc5, it will even clear k20 engine swaps

The front strut bar is awesome! The rear strut bar is kinda k3wl too, but I would extend those two other tubes down lower like the front one and make those little flat braces on the inside. Kinda match up the front and rear designs. The fact that they're one piece is awesome! The rear tie bar is nice. The front tie bar is kinda bleh though. Look at Neuspeed's. It's kinda like an X. The X design probably holds a little better for all sorts of flexing. I would at least brace the corners like the front strut bar. Kinda have a design theme with all of the components. Very nice design. Very nice price.

For me however I would not get them. Here's why... I have the Progress rear sway bar. That comes with a rear tie bar, so I don't need a rear tie bar. I already bought a rear strut tower bar (Spoon Sports). Since I have a mix and match of products already I would not buy something from a set and not get the rest of the set. That is unless one part of thay set of products was superior to some other part from some other manufacturer. Anyway, just telling you how it is with me...

Thumbs up

Do you have plans to make a mid car brace for our cars that will bolt on using the the lower seat belt bolts by the floor board?

Kind of like the Monkey bar as I think that they are called. They say that they are universal but heae that people have to modify those by drilling some holes.

Please advise me if you make one. that would be the shiznit.

I would be interested in the rear strut bar. I can't justify spending the money on the spoon sports one. It looks pretty good.

What kind of finishes are you offering on them as well? Powdercoated, clearcoat, polished?

You are going to need cross braces on the lower front. It will be useless without them since the reinforcement is going to since all the torque is going to be coming from a vector perperpendicular to the direction made by the outside wheel on a turn(did you get that? I'm think I did). Why do you think that the neuspeed and the tanabe ones are crosses? Just a thought.
