if this is of any help......
me and my buddy spent a total of about 3 hours installing his new shocks. I'm pretty sure your coilover install should take less time than that

1/2 an hour per wheel sounds reasonable. We took our jolly time with the install and on 2 occasions, forgot to put on the washer for the bumpstop
you won't be doing any spring compressing so that will shave off some time too (although we flew through that with an impact gun). good luck!

try 8 hours.
Make sure to have ALL the tools before starting this job. My friend and I had to go out to buy tools during the install, and we had a couple hours off for lunch and dinner.
But, I'm going to have to tear the back apart this weekend because it's squeaking like a ***** after a 1 week break-in.

The instructions say the middle setting, right? It should say to turn the **** clockwise as far as you can(stiffest setting, setting 16) and turn back 8 clicks. It took me two hours to do it. All you need is a tierod separator and some patient. My alignment was off, that is why it took two hours. I had to drive it around and play with the camber plate and toe settings. Other than that, it was a breeze. On the highway on setting one(I have the flex's) was very smooth and on the stiffest setting it was rough.
