But if you dont want to read, here is a simplified version.
Anti roll bars perform 2 main functions.
1. Reduce body roll. Springs also reduce body roll, so an anti-roll bar is just a supliment here.
2. Adjust Roll couple distrobution (easily the most important of the two). what the heck is Roll couple distrobution? It is simply the balance of weight distributed between the front and rear tires of your car durring a turn. Springs do this as well, but un like springs adding a Stiffer Anti-Rollbar only affects ride quality a little.
