what springs?
ok..im getting really confused on what springs to get....at first i was going to get ground controls, but ive heard that they dont ride to good on stock struts....but i have a question on that too...if i only lower it so i get rid of the fender gap would the ride be ok?
so about the springs...i need opinions of different springs and picturesof sedan with springs that just get rid of the space between the tires and wheel fender...eibach? goldline? h&r? i know theres more out there, i just can't think of it...
oh yeah..i have a sedan riding on 215/40/17s....
please help me?

only springs i recommend on a sedan are neuspeed sports and thats it, nothing else. no eibach, no h&r. reason being with those springs, the rear tends to be lower then the front.
and for some ground controls ride good and for others they suck, its really hard to say what your going to be happy with. i personally would never get sleeved coilovers on stock shocks. if you plan on riding with stock shocks i recommend sticking with lowering springs.

OK!!!!! Sounds like you like it dropped! with 215/40/17 you would have to drop it atleast 2 1/4" To GET RID of the gap, if you had 215/45/17 you could use a pro- kit .
There for your ride may be a little bumpy
I have never recommended these but if your going SPRINGS try Progress. These are really low in my opinion. The drop is a tad bit lower in the back maybe less than a 1/4".
Id say get GC's so that way you can ajust to your liking

woah.. wouldnt suggest you get progress on a sedan... the rear is much lower then the front on a coupe, i could only imagine how it would look on the sedan...

i have neuspeed sports..
you have to keep in mind alot of us have coupes while you have a sedan. sedans are heavier in the rear so the rear is lower with the same springs from a coupe...
otep has the prokit, its about a 1.3" drop.. BUT look at the front and look at the rear gap. looks like he has 1 finger gap in the rear and 3 in the front... and your telling me you like how that looks???
thats why i only recommend neuspeed sports for sedan on a sedan. eibach, h&r, progress and all other spring manufactures besides neuspeed and goldline make a seperate kit for coupes and sedans. only reason why i dont recommend goldlines is even with the sedan springs, the rears going to be lower then the front, thats just how goldline designed their springs..
if your not looking for a low drop but a drop thats low enough neuspeed sports is perfect.. its good for the average daily driver..

ya only for the coupes tho..
goldline announcement
goldlines says it gives an even fender gap but people with sedan springs on their coupe say they get an even fender gap with them so theres no way its going to be even on a sedan.

do any of you have pics of a sedan with the neuspeed sport?
well i kinda narrowed my decision to either neuspeed(just want to see pics!) or goldlines..i've seen a couple sedans on goldlines, looks pretty decent..
if all else fails...ill save up enough money to get ground controls...
thanks for all the help so far..
any sedan owners wanna help me out? i need some opinions from you guys too!

do you tink ill need a camber kit with the neuspeeds? should i also get a strut bar?
another question....when the car is stock..the back is higher than the front, and when i put my 17's on, it was still the same but higher...wouldn't it make sense for the back to be dropped 1.75" and the front 1.5"
can you explain why it is the oppisite? i was just wondering

-hm.. i couldnt tell you why it was evebn higher with your rims... perhaps you didnt measure right the first time?
1.75/1.5 is for their old springs, which is now the sedan springs(long story...). i had them on my car and i had like a 1 1/2 finger gap up front and like 3 in the back. but ya now its more like 1.7 in front and 2 in the back.
-camber kit.. eh, i didnt get one. some say you need it, some say you dont.. i'm just taking a chance.. no strut bar needed but some will also recommend it..
-place to buy.. thats hard.. aieonline.com has them for $129, not sure if they ship internationally tho. you could also try cartunerz.com, thats where i got mine..

forgot you had a sedan for a sec...the sedan springs never changed, it was the coupe springs that have... i would explain it but i think it'll only make things more confusing(if you really want me to explain just ask)..
but ya your drop will be the same as theirs..
