installed oem frnt brace koni and gc frnt
Well i've had my front koni inserts and the oem honda front cross brace thing sitting around for a few weeks and I finally decided to put them in. I did the rear konis as soon as I got them since my stockies were blown to ****. I drove my car for a while with konis in the back and stock frnt struts up front(not blown) and it did not ride bad.
I have to say that I do feel the difference with the brace in there thanks Grey for the DIY
I had to drill and tap the other 2 bolt holes since my 2001 ex did not come with. having both struts out while drilling and tapping the brace holes makes the job alot easier I used a punch to mark the hole then a die grinder witha small drill bit to make a pilot hole then to the full sive hole for a 10mm bolt. I had to go in crooked to clear for the drill but with the pilot hole already drilled no prob. the car is more responsive now and noticeably more stiff up front. My ground controls ride just the way i like them with the konis set right in the middle for stiffness.

sorry man I don't have any access to a digital camera right now. But here are a few details. I cut the perch off the strut for easier adjusting....not necessary but i thought Why not i'm whacking on the strut anyways. also just for kicks I painted my brace silver to match my car.
