Front Bumpstop Location

I installed my springs Saturday. I put goldlines in and they call for trimming the bumpstops in the front and the rear. I asked Vnlilman and he said that his neuspeeds didn't require bumpstop trimming in the front. In the rear all you have to do is remove the dustboot covering the strut shaft and it is just a yellow stopper on the shaft that is removed and trimmed. Now, on the front, there doesn't seem to be a bumpstop. I removed the dustboot off of the front strut and there is no stopper underneath. I did notice that on the dustboot itself, there does seem to be a stopper at the very top of it, but it is actually part of the dustboot, not a separate piece. Is this what needs to be trimmed? If anyone knows, please post a reply. I will contact goldline tomorrow and as well some shops that do suspension work. As soon as I find the correct answer, I will post it here.
Adios

Yeah, I searched the whole forum but nothing came up. Anyways I talked to Jeff at Goldline and he said that it is actually part of the dustcap. So all that you do is just trim off of the top of it.

Correction, you can't trim it off of the top. If you notice on the dustcap, at the top there is a ring type washer, but it is attached to the dustcap so it is all one piece. What you have to do to trim it is, if you notice, right below that ring, there are two smaller rings and right below them is the top of the rubber cover. What you need to do is cut right in b/w those two rings, then cut at the very top of the dust cap where there is still part of the bumpstop protruding. Then you put the top part of the bumpstop on the top of the dustboot and put it back on the strut shaft. Voila...you have successfully trimmed your front bumpstop. Pics coming...
