RSXtypeIvtec is on a distinguished road
camber kit usually prevents the uneven tire wear...
you can try eibach pro kit, H&R, Neuspeed Sports....
they will lower it around 1.5

i always recommend neuspeed sports. about 1.75" drop. i have them with 215-40-18 tires, 1 finger gap all around but my car still looks stock height. since you have smaller tires your car should look lowered. you wont have too much problems with scraping. and ya the camber kit will prevent your tires from wearing out unevenly. also of course an alignment. if your worried about the ride you might want to look into a set of konis(the only aftermarket shocks available for our cars now).
reasons why i dont recommened:
goldline- i dont like the drop, the fender gap in the rear is smaller then the front giving the 'sagging butt look'
eibach- overpriced/overrated, neuspeed are just as good
h&r - drop isn't low enough.
