Springs and Rims
I want to get the Eibach SportKit for my 2001 Civic EX coupe. I was planning on installing them when I put 17s (maybe 18s if i can scrape up the money, but probably not) on my car. However, my friends tell me to drop it first and let the springs set before changing rims sizes. I have a body kit with side skirts and when i have a flat tire i can barely get a jack underneath it because i have 15s right now... and when the rim is touching the ground with 15s its hard to get a jack underneath the car. If i drop it now before getting larger rims and get it flat i really dont think i jack my car up to put a spare on. What is your advice?

whats the whole point of that? i would actually change the rim before lowering the car so that you know how much fender gap you have.. i never really thought about that and i doubt anyone ever thought about that(what happens when you get a flat) i guess everyone just hopes for the best. but ya i dropped my car with neuspeed sports and had a flat with my 14s, they could barely get the floor jack underneath.. i could only imagine how much of a pain it would be with a kit... but ya if you have the money i would get the rims first anyways, then i would get the drop.. i however did the opposite cause i only had 200 so i just dropped my car first then got the rims

either way should work out....if you drop ur car be4 then you can test fit the rims you want....but if you got the rims already then you know how much space you got left in the gap....it could also depend on the offset of the rims and size soo you got alotta choices in ur hand...im rollin and 18's with a 2 1/2 drop and im fine...so its up too you!!
