just go with coilovers, u can adjust height of the car to fit the kit u want. if u got money go with full coilovers, but if not, personally i'd go with skunk2, but i heard that ground control is also good.

Dude if you have looked for body and kits or anything at all for your car you should have at least come across something to destinguish the difference between springs and coilovers. Ever look through magazines, look at the ads. it explains it by looking at the damm pictures. Anyways, nice choice for the kit. Its one of my favorites.

The best site I've come across for suspension information is TurnFast.com.

There's a few articles that you might have to dig for, but they explain the difference between springs and coilovers, and what the benefits of both are.

It also goes into detail about the centre of gravity of a car, and whatnot...quite a good read!

i personally don't like the ride from coilovers, unless you get the ones with integrated shocks.. they are amazing, but will also set you back at least 800 bucks.. i have neuspeed sport springs that are a 1 3/4 in drop.. i love them.. i think they are the perfect drop and ride nicely too... stiff, but not too harsh.. that's just my $.02..
