$240 for installed H&Rs. good deal or bad deal. the guy there also sed if i tried to install them myself a whole bunch of bearings would pop out and it would be a pain in the ***. is this true?

its possible that it will pop out but i guess it depends on how carefull you are... with our cars, its pretty hard for that to happen. installing springs isnt very easy tho. 240 is an ok price. i got neuspeeds installed foe 210... 140 for springs, 70 for install... but ya you could always try installing the springs yourself, i tried 3 times and finally gave up cause i couldnt stand the spring compresser i had. i guess my advice would be just read over both diys, mine and the one for groundcontrols up at the top under 'diy' cause ya only person who knows what your capable of is yourself...
