yeah, I just ordered a Neuspeed upper front after hearing goods things about it. can't go wrong with Neuspeed or DC Sports. Just make sure you do a few searches before ordering-- you may encounter proplems with a 5 speed or if you have various engine mods

i have the neuspeed, like it, but i wish i had gotten the dc, i think it looks better, but, on the practical side, the dc covers your oil cap..... and the neuspeed is TOTALLY out of the way, unless you wanna put nitrous solenoids on the back of the engine bay...... just my 2 cents

I'm linking the design of the APR strut bar, but I currently own the DC Sports. I would get a DC Sports strut bar over the Neuspeed. However, I'de get the APR over the DC Sports. Unknown whether intakes fit with it though, so it's kindof a scary purchase. The skunk2 also looks promising, but intakes are a definite nono with this bar.

Nope. A strut bar goes betwean the strut towers. The strut towers are the things that hold the shocks and springs. A sway bar atttaches to the suspension under the car and to the frame of the car. It acts like a spring and prevents body roll during cornering. A strut bar does this to a certain extent as well, but not as much as a sway bar. Although a strut bar will improve turning reponse (especially in front).
Now, as far as price goes... It's your choice. The Neuspeed is probably the cheapest out of the name brand ones. You can get a black one for around $100 and a chrome one for $120. Now, the APR is probably the second cheapest (at around $145). Then the DC Sports at around $170. Prices are all over the new. Check out the parts section of this site for more info. Also, a reliable site to purchase from is optauto.com for example...

wait... I was just looking on inlienfour.com and noticed they have a neuspeed rear strut tower bar.. as of now I thought neuspeed only made one for the front anyway, I need a bar for the rear.. if I don't go with neuspeed, are there any ones I should keep away from?
