Harder to Install?
Harder to Install?
So I put in the rear lowering springs on saturday and it was pretty difficult for me to put the strut back in the car. I wanted to just pay a mechanic to put the front ones in but they want $182? So I'm thinking about just doing it. Are the front ones more difficult to put back into the car? and also, what is the easiest way to put them back in? I have a 2004 lx coupe.

I guess the fronts are slightly more difficult, since you have the tie rod end to contend with, not much though. Re-installing really just takes practice, there's no specific technique.

182$ is a fair price to do just fronts. cuz its most of the work and u gotta seperate the tie-rod properly. most people either F it up or dont have the tool.
