Exclamation front camber bolt noob question

i bought a ingalls front camber kit and upon inspection i noticed that i can't thread the nut all the way down by hand it stops itself should i be able to keep going or is it suppose to stop it self im a noob and dont want to be stuck with defective threads.

what year civic do u have? 01-02 have different camber size bolts then 03-05

01-02 uses a 14mm while 03+ uses a 16mm i believe

04 the nut starts to thred but then stops i guess it suppose to be like that if not f**k it there onley 35 bucks.

It only threads on so far by hand because it is probably a steel lock nut. Look fr indentions on three sides to tell for sure.
