Lowered at different heights.
Popped in some Tokico Blues + Tein S.Techs + SPC camber kits on all struts. I dropped them, test rode them, fixed the camber a bit to avoid the back tires to rub and test rode them again to get the springs to settle.
I verify the finger gaps on each wheels and noticed that my front sides are lowered at different heights (approx. 2 finger gap on driver side vs. snug 3 finger gap on passenger side).
In terms of history, I recently pulled out the knuckle/spindle on the front passenger side because I completely destroyed the nut which holds the knuckle and bottom strut in place. I couldn't get it out so I asked a mechanic to pop in a knuckle I got from the junkyard (I was so short on time) and they put in the new strut so I had something to drive on. Drove on those for a day before I had my day off to start my suspension swap. OH, I forgot to mention, I also have a slightly damaged CV boot because I accidentally burned it a bit from torching the bolts, and as a result it is leaking grease slowly :S
The swap was fine. Checked everything from top mounts to dust ***** to strut heights (length of strut top to bottom). Only thing I can think of is the following.
1) Damaged sway bar from hanging knuckle. (not from me, possibly from mechanic)
2) Damaged CV joint from hanging knuckle. (again, probably by mechanic)
3) Knuckle wasn't installed properly.
4) Damaged CV boot causing joint to not be as flexible.
5) Engine sits slightly more on the driver side, causing the difference in height.
Any of the above be a culprit? Or do I need not worry about it as the springs will settle in a few days and eventually even out?

Re: Lowered at different heights.
Take a look on the inside! How much do you weigh? Don't you think that could be a big factor on which side settles first?
I think you should wait a while and see if the other side starts to settle, and if not drive around with a passenger that weigh's the same and see if that helps the process faster.

Re: Lowered at different heights.
yea you have to wait...im still waiting at first when i just dropped my driver side was 2&1/4 fingers and the passenger side was 3. now the drivers side is 1&3/4 and the passenger side is 2 fingers. I've only been dropped for about 2 months the most and its still settling. Also the drivers side always has the drivers weight and the gas tank is on that side aswell

Re: Lowered at different heights.
they won't even out - thats why some people like me set their coilovers higher on the driver side on purpose due to engine weight. It's no big deal though.
