after reading these 2 threads over at crsx i need to ask a few questions
http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread...ht=ride+height
http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=340729
i drive a 04 civic coupe w/ the follow mods and a 215/45/17 tire size:
tein flex, spring rates (671/783)
comptech 22mm rear swaybar
es poly swaybar bushings front and rear
neuspeed front strut bar
d3 designs double xbrace
spoon rear strut bar
carbing rear arm bar
spc rear camber kit
spc rear lca's
ok, ive read that its best to have the LCA's at 90degrees under compression. so that means i should have the LCA's just a bit over 90degrees when adjusting ride height to compensate during compression. how much finger drop is that? about a loose 2 fingers? also when adjusting the my tein flex's, which part should i adjust first? the spring part or the part that mounts to the knuckle? thanks.

Finger gap is a horrible horrible way to measure drop....
You need to measure from the center of the wheel hub to the top of the fender arch.
Aim for about 1.5" lower then stock, you may be able to get away with 2" if you feel you have enough roll resistance.
What tires are you running?
Oh and don"t touch the spring perch. Adjust ride height from the knuckle.
Adjusting the spring perch alters how much and where the shocks piston is in its stroke range. Too little bump travel risks you bottoming out the piston in the shock body and too little extension travel risks you topping out the pistion.

^^^ +1
Don't adjust with the spring perch. That would be adjusting the spring preload and/or losing suspension/shock travel. You don't want that.
If you want to adjust the stance/height of the car with an adjustable body shock, you always use the shock body for that. It is more involved than just spinning the coil perch, but very worth it.
