Sportline & HFP Aerokit with 14" wheels?

I have a '04 DX with 14" wheels with plans to get the HFP Aerokit and Eibach Sportline that permits a 1.4" drop in the front/rear. I plan to upgrade the wheels to 16" HFP but will I have any issues with the current set up? I ask because I'm afraid it will be too low or that it will look oddly disproportionate.

Also should I buy the Eibach Camber Kit instead of the Ingalls because it's made to work with the Sportline? The Eibach's are $21 and the Ingalls are $145 on ebay.

And...I'm looking at aftermarket shocks because from searching it looks like I will need them. Will I encounter problems with buying just the front Koni and leaving the rear stock?

should be okay. lip kits won't lower your car that much.
I'm on S techs with an RS lip and it's not really that bad, just becareful at certain slopes and hills and dips.

You need both front and rear konis. Rear shocks have more variable weight on them (ie bounciness) so get both. Don't be cheap about it.
