Steering issue...

Just installed my JIC coil overs and my steering feels reel loose and steering wheel is off center. Also if i accelerate from a stop, my car will hang left until I let off the gas and then it will straighten up a bit. I know i need an alignment but is there anything else??

Re: Steering issue...

No, you need an alignment. The JICs have camber plates which have severely affected your front camber, and consequently has affected your toe. These changes make the steering feel extremely loose. Trust me, I have driven with the JICs with extreme toe out and extreme toe in and both feel like you can't steer. Get a damn alignment and fix the tie rod end.

Re: Steering issue...

haha...thx. Tie rod is fixed with pillow ball ends and alignment is coming. I gotta raise it tho, got turned down by 5 places bc my car was too low.
