Hey 1.7 el's and 01+ civics can use the same suspenstion right? but can 1.6's use them to or no

THe 1.7 EL is the current civic(01-05), where as the 1.6 EL is the old civic (2000 and older). So yes, the 1.7 would uses the same suspension and the 1.6 cant.
