Exclamation Installing Lower Strut Bar

I just recivied a 3 piece sturt bar set from ebay, i have the rear and back strut bars installed but i dont know how to install the lower strut bar. This is on a 2001 civic ex.

It is a rear lower strut bar, i would post a link, but the anti-spamming device will nto allow me.
what makes no sense?

theres to bolts that u half to tak out in order to install it. u have to watch the suspension becasue it is loaded and its hard to put back into place beause the spring is stil loaded. I did mine by bracing the bar with a jack. U might be better to take it to a place and have them do it. pm me if u need step by step

Would those torque settings for the two rear lower sturt bar bolts be:

Rear bolt that holds brackets and bushings on rear sway:
16ft lbs

or

Rear bolt that holds bottom of rear shock:
45ft lbs

from the faqs section

are you screwing into the shock? No.

For the brackets it is 16lbs. for the long bolts for the control arms it is 80 I think.

BTW it is not a lower strut bar. It doesn't connect the struts so it is a tie bar, not a strut bar.

All strut bars are tie bars, but not all tie bars are strut bars.
