i hve eibach sport line spring. and it ride very bumpy
now i need better suspension that dont give bumpy ride and still rides low
which suspension would give you a comfy ride and low ride height at the same time?

uh get adjustable shocks thats my only guess and u can adjust the firmness. other than that yer going to have a bumpy ride none the less unless u go back to stock suspension. thats all i know
for adjustable shocks koni yellows are good but that requires some major gutting of the stock shocks.

According to your profile, you still have stock shocks on the car, so I would say get Tokico blues for your ride, the sportline springs are not too low for that shock, and it's a good shock for a relatively cheap price. How do you like your Eibach anti-sway bars, by the way?
you're going to have to sacrafice ride comfort for a lower drop. eibach sportlines give good ride comfort for the drop they give from what i read on various forums. what struts are you running them with?
i heard how well the eibach prokit and tein s-tech rides when it comes to ride quality. closest to factory possibily?

keep the sping and upgrade the crappy stock struts.
Get some tokico d-spec struts. Their adjsutable.
And looking at your profile that rear sway bar appears to be upside down.

Cut a giant hole in the gas tank and somehow run the sway bar through it. I would rep you for that one. For sure.

on this.I have neuspeed sports with Tokico D-specs, and they ride nice. If you want a softer ride you can adjust it. I've tried the softer setting, and its pretty smooth. I prefer the firmer settings though. If its a smooth part of the road, my car will ride better than stock, but once the bumps hit, you feel every bump here and there.
New shock and struts would probably help out with the ride, but regardless I think the ride is going to be bumpy if your lowered.

The Prokit is 10-15% stiffer over stock springs and the Sportlines are 20-25% stiffer. This is what an Eibach tech told me over the phone when I called them. If your bouncy, then new shocks/struts will help some. The reason its bouncy is due the the stiffer spring rate required to keep you from bottoming out since your car is now lower to the ground. Since the stock struts arent designed to handle the stiffer spring rate, you car now occilates(bounces) up and down more. This is where adjustable shocks/struts help by decreasing the occilation.
Regarding most springs these days, the majority of them are a progressive design. Meaning that theyre not stiff until you start to compress them. The more you compress, the stiffer they get. To get a more comfortable ride, you must also consider your tire speed rating and profile. A "Z" rated performance tire with a low profile(like 40) will have a stiffer sidewall and thus give a harsher ride compared to the same tire but rated "H".
FWIW my setup consists of Koni yellows with Eibach Sportlines and Kumho H rated 205/40/17 tires. This combination so far have given a pretty close to stock comfort ride.
