Im just curious if there is anyone who has done a k-swap and put an x brace on their car. Or will it even fit? Just curious.

it will fit cause the xbrace bolts onto the same places on our subframes as well as the ep3 / rsx subframes

An x-brace should fit with a k swap. But if you have a bigger exhaust system it may not fit cause mine won't fit with my turbos downpipe and exhaust. It should be fine with a drop you just need to be careful about going over bumps and curbs. Where in Norcal are you?

on my old setup i was lowered 2' and i had my xbrace if scraped only over major speed bumps. i'd rather scrape my xbrace than my oil pan

Wow that sucks your like right in the middle 3 hours from Norcal and about 3 hours from Socal. Also I want to sell my x-brace cause it won't clear my down pipe if you want to buy it from me we could meet up so you can test fit it to make sure it will work.

thx... i had a feeling that was what it was for but then above someone said i would rather bottom out on my x brace then my oil pan..

Yeah the x-brace hangs a little lower than the oil pan so if you bottomed out your car the x-brace would hit first.

im on tein stechs and i have the d3 designs double xbrace (6point) and i only have 2" cleaence from the road to the brace on the lowest point in the brace.. the highest point is 2 1/4inch i dont scrape on smooth bumps but i scrape on bumps that a uneven or just too high.. even i angle on some bumps i cant clear

right now im the only em2 with this brace and the first as i tested fitment for d3 designs on my em2. got it at a special price too =D
