take the stock springs out, and get a hack saw and cut at whatever height you want, thats the free way unless you dont have a hack saw
but yea it depends on how low you want to go

stop stealin the kids thread,
dude, check the local for sale sections, i did, i got a set of goldlines for 40 bucks picked up. also there is ebay, im nto saying buy POS no names, but you can get a set of nice springs (Tein SS, which i think is a 1.7" drop) for like 150-200+shipping, then a camber kit the SPC is like 125ish, most shops shouldnt charge more than 150-200 to install the springs for you. so if you cant get it installed right away at least you can have the stuff ready.
BUT DO NOT CUT YOUR SPRINGS!!!!!!!

why don't we just agree that he should've searched. if you've been on the forums long enough, all the bullshit threads about 'how do i lower my car' has been answered in the faq's and the other bullshit threads that read, ad nauseam, the same as this thread.
research your stuff. don't cut your springs, you get what you pay for. simple as that.

if you want you can get coilover sleeves like ground controls, they go from stock height to about 3" but then you need new shocks, which are like 500 alone. ive read that alot of people who use goldline springs and put them on stock shocks dont have problems, and im pretty sure that goldlines are close to a 2" drop

A complete kit? As in coilovers yes. But you'll need front and rear camber kits. If you get the Tein SSP's with upper mounts you only need the rear camber kit because the fronts have a camber plate built into them.
