Question about Tokicos
Well, I have had my Tokico shocks and struts on my car for less than a year and the ride has been getting to me. It seems as though the ride is to rough and stiff. I am on OEM springs, so I was wondering if I put my old H&R springs my car would ride better? The reason I took my springs off was becasue I wa s going back to stock but this summer I might put my 17" rims back on. So would actually lowering my car help my ride since I have performance shocks and struts? Thanks

Putting stiffer springs on the car isn't going to help the ride. The car feels stiffer because the dampers actually work as opposed to the floating couch damping that honda put in the car. The car is light, it won't ride like a Lexus.
If anything, your ride with H&R springs would be even stiffer and harsher. Perhaps switching to softer riding tires might be an alternative to going back to stock suspension. That's my plan when I upgrade to Bilstein or Tokicos with Eibach springs. As of now, with stock suspension on 03 EX Coupe with 105Kmiles and Bridgestone Potenza 950s, the ride can get harsh and noisy on rough roads. I'm hoping I could counter the harshness from the high performance suspension ugrades by installing Grand Touring tires like Bridgestone Turanza LS-H or Michelin Energy MXV4s. I won't be able to take full advantage of the high performance suspension upgrades, but at least the ride will be more tolerable.
