Qustion about bump stops...

Alright, well I use to have H&R springs on my car with Tokico struts and shock but recently I took the springs off because my girlfriend lives on a dirt road. I am not sure if I have bump stops or not. So how do I find out if I do or not and also my ride is a little rough. Would bump stops help the ride with stock springs and Tokico struts and shocks? Or what simple things could I do to help the ride out? Thanks!

you could jack the car up and look for them on the back they're yellow and on the front they're attached to the dust boot thing that sits over the strut.
The they slide down the shaft part and sit between the top and the bottom of the shaft. shaft = skinny metal part that goes in and out when you hit bumps. and no it wont help with ride quality but it will help with the hard knocking (bottoming out) if your to low for the shocks. IMO tockico's suck or maybe im to low for them idk but i will continue to use them.
