Is this a good price of coilovers

if your looking to go sleeved coilovers, try ground control.

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

Do some searching, you should find enough to turn away.
Also, buying cheap crap and paying a shop to install it is the biggest oxymoron of buying cheap crap.
If you're going to spend 80 an hour to have someone install stuff, at least let them put in something worthwhile.
